Kuraly is an AI-assisted writing service for Indian languages. It suggests corrections and rewrites for text you give it, and extracts text from documents you upload.

It is an assistant, not an authority. Suggestions are generated by language models and can be wrong, including confidently wrong. Check anything that matters before you rely on it — we do not warrant that output is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose, and that applies as much to a legal notice or a medical instruction as to a caption.

You need an accurate email address, and you must be 18 or older. Keep your password to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

Tell us at support@kuraly.in if you think somebody else has got into your account. Changing your password signs out every other session immediately.

You keep every right in the text you put into Kuraly and in the output you get back. We claim no ownership of it.

We need your permission to do the obvious things: to store your work so you can return to it, and to send it to the AI providers who process it. That permission is limited to running the service for you. We do not use your text to train models and we do not sell it. How it is processed and how long it is kept are set out in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the right to submit what you submit — don't paste in somebody else's confidential documents.

Please don't:

• work around the usage limits on your plan, or run automated traffic against the service;
• use Kuraly to produce anything unlawful, or content designed to deceive or harass;
• resell access, or put the service behind your own product without an agreement with us;
• probe, scan or try to break our systems. If you find a security flaw, please tell us.

If an account is doing one of these things we may suspend it. Unless the law stops us, we will say why and give you a chance to respond.

The free plan is free and not time-limited. There is no trial period on paid plans: when you upgrade, the payment is taken immediately and the higher limits start at once.

Paid plans renew for the same period unless you cancel. Prices are shown on the pricing page and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will email you first and the new price will only apply from your next renewal — never retroactively, and never to a period you have already paid for.

Cancellation and refunds are covered on the Cancellation & Refunds page. In short: email us to cancel, your plan runs to the end of the paid period, and refunds may be requested within 3 months of the subscription start date.

We work to keep Kuraly available and quick, but we do not promise it will never be down. We depend on third parties — payment, AI and hosting providers — and an outage at one of them can stop part of the service working.

We will give notice of planned maintenance where we reasonably can. If the service is unavailable for a sustained period during a month you have paid for, tell us and we will put it right.

If we get something wrong and it costs you money, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem. We are not liable for indirect losses — lost profit, lost business, or the consequences of relying on a suggestion you did not check.

Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under Indian consumer law stand whatever this page says.

You can stop using Kuraly whenever you like, and ask us to delete your account and data.

We may close an account that breaks these terms, or if we stop offering the service. If we stop offering it, we will give reasonable notice, refund the unused part of anything you have paid, and give you a chance to take your work with you.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. For anything that materially affects you, we will email the address on your account; continuing to use Kuraly after that means you accept the new terms. If you do not, tell us and cancel.

These terms are governed by the laws of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and its courts have jurisdiction.

Before anything formal, please write to support@kuraly.in. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days. Most things are a misunderstanding that one email fixes.
